Junior HR System Specialist / Junior HR Project Coordinator

Job Description:

• Assist in HRMS project on system configuration, data preparation and user acceptance test.
• Provide supporting services to client on ad-hoc tasks and enhancement project.
• Assist in project documentation and preparation of project management tasks.
• Assist in reports preparation, data query building and system testing.

Requirements:

• Relevant education background or experience in Human Resources or HRMS solution or IT service industry.
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, IRD Ordinance and MPF scheme Ordinance
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Database and basic networking is an advantage.
• Knowledge in SQL and any programming language is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skill.
• Good at communication skill in both Cantonese and English.
